wierd speed limits on motorway. for lorries its 40. for cars its 50. it should be 60 for truck and 70 for cars. and other countries' ones for example France has 81mph for cars on an autoroute and trucks have 55. PLEASE HELP!

The speed limiter is limiting the speed to 90km/h. If you can not go faster than 40km/h then it very likely is something on your end. Make sure that your redarder isn't active and that you aren't having the brake active when you drive. A truck with a loaded trailer might be quite slow uphill, that's normal.
