The only other info I can add is that during the stuttering, some CPU cores experience what looks like abnormally high usage to me, but I'm not sure if that really illuminates anything. Stutter when entering a new area. Stutter when switching weapons or characters. Stutter when opening a door. Stutter when an audio file plays for the first time. Stutter when zooming in. Stutter when enemies spawn. Stutter during LOD-changes. Stutter, stutter, stutter, we've seen 'em all. The only thing remotely close to Jedi Survivor is Jedi Fallen Order, and I’d bet most everyone that wants the sequel on day one already played the original. For gamers that are really into the hobby odds are (if they’re anything like me) they’ve exhausted all similar games in the genre and are constantly waiting for something new to release.
