Now this settings is a little bit aggressive but after some rounds, wen you get in to it, it works gr8. Speed sens is on 78%. A try a lot of cars, 60-70 of them I think and I never find a one that cant go true some corners. You can play with it a bit but I find form me that 78% work perfect, for precision and good cornering. Good luck.
Partialsupport means that only the cars will work with the gamepad, for the menus you'll need to use keyboard and mouse (mostly mouse). Ifso, you most likely dont have them activated, I actually helped someone with this exact issue and that was the problem. So if you do have a PPFilter, go to Settings > Assetto Corsa > Video, and on the right you should see filters, then just select the filter you installed.
