Having fired a Diana ($259.00) before this one I can attest to how wonderful the Hatsan 25 is. I've installed an inexpensive AMP Tactical 30mm red/green ($30.00) dot sight on mine. After dialing the scope in I'm hitting 1" spinning targets just about every time at 10 yards and I'm "in the red" center of paper targets at 25 yards.
Mostly 20gr FTT’s. After a little judicious lubrication it sounds more like an air rifle and less like a piece of agricultural machinery. Smoothness and accuracy are both improving and the sound of the shot is a sturdy thump. Interestingly it is free from the dreaded Hatsan “Ping”. Hatsan pulled the Turkish walnut stock from the Mod 95 and gave it a makeover. Built with a pistol grip thumbhole stock and an adjustable Monte Carlo cheek piece, the Mod 65 is the only Hatsan air rifle with a wood pistol grip stock. Another Hatsan only feature is the metal Quattro Trigger, fully adjustable for trigger pull and travel. Hatsan 25 Supertact initial review. I just bought a Hatsan 25 Supertact in .177 at a great deal from Midway, & want to give a quick review of it. I am spoiled by the old Sheridans I have owned over the years , so going to this type rifle is a different step for me, completely. The rifle/pistol came boxed well from Midway & when I opened it, I t4SCw.
